All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. If your product(s) arrive damaged, you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to email us, including a photo of the item(s). Please include your full name and the order number. We will then ship you a replacement, free of charge.
Shipping & Handling Policy
All items, when in stock, ship in 5-7 business days. Please allow up to 48 hours from the time you receive your shipping confirmation to see movement. If you would like to submit a pre-order, please email email@example.com
We ensure the delivery of your package to the address provided at the time of purchase. Once shipped, we will email you tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours from the time you receive tracking to see movement. If a package gets returned to due to an incorrect address, the buyer must pay a new shipping fee for the order to be resent.
Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping provider based on package weight and zip code. Signatures are not required upon receipt. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
Domestic (USA) orders are shipped via USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Keep in mind the shipping policy above, and that international orders will take longer to arrive.
International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL, you make your selection when checking out.
International orders may also be subject to Customs Fees. These fees are set by the carrier and the country, we do not have access to this at all. Therefore, we cannot advise if you will have to pay this or how much it will be.
